To Live In The Flow, Let Go

The Flow State is that state of being where you are in total alignment to your Source Energy, that bigger part of you that exists beyond space and time. Your desires are already manifest in your Source Energy. In fact, because your Source Energy is unlimited, your desires are already manifest upon the birth of your desire.

Your Source Energy is true and authentic. To live from your authenticity you must embrace the totality of Who you are, both your Divine, unlimited aspects (Source Energy) and your human, potential aspects. Embracing the whole you gives you what we call Unlimited Potential. Living in your Unlimited Potential is an amazing place to live from as life seems to unfold in miraculous ways.

What stops you from living in the Flow?

Life brings challenges. Sometimes these challenges are seen as problems. However, problems can help show you where you still resist the flow. One one hand it seems a natural reaction to push what is uncomfortable, such as problems away. However, what happens when you push at something? It pushes back. If you walk up to someone and start pushing them, chances are they will push back. This is also true energetically. If you push your problems away not wanting to deal with them, more often than not they will only get bigger. They escalate.

What would happen if you instead welcomed the challenge life is bringing you as an opportunity to grow and empower yourself? You would find that by changing your perspective you see the problem very differently, and more times than not the solution to the problem magically appears. It appears because the Flow of your Source Energy already contains the solution to the problem. As wholeness is the natural essence of your Source Energy, one sided duality cannot exist. In other words, in the Flow, a problem cannot exist without the solution. As such, when living in the Flow of your Source Energy, every question already has an answer, every challenge has a solution, every desire has a fulfillment and so on.

The Flow State is sometimes called Universal Flow. To live in Universal Flow you simply need to let go and allow what life brings you. There is a beautiful story in Richard Bach’s Illusions that illustrates this Flow.

“Once there lived a village of creatures along the bottom of a great crystal river. The current of the river swept silently over them all – young and old, rich and poor, good and evil, the current going it’s own way, knowing only its own crystal self. Each creature in its own manner clung tightly to the twigs and rocks of the river bottom, for clinging was their way of life, and resisting the current what each had learnt from birth.

But one creature said at last, I am tired of clinging. Though I cannot see it with my eyes, I trust that the current knows where it is going. I shall let go, and let it take me where it will. Clinging I shall die of boredom.’
The other creatures laughed and said, ‘Fool! Let go, and that current you worship will throw you tumbled and smashed across the rocks, and you will die quicker than boredom!’ But the one heeded them not, and taking a breath did let go, and at once was tumbled and smashed by the current across the rocks.

Yet in time, as the creature refused to cling again, the current lifted him free from the bottom, and he was bruised and hurt no more. And the creatures downstream, to whom he was a stranger, cried, ‘See a miracle! A creature like ourselves, yet he flies! See the Messiah, come to save us all!’

And the one carried in the current said, ‘ I am no more Messiah than you. The river delights to lift us free, if only we dare let go. Our true work is this voyage, this adventure.’ But they cried the more, ‘Saviour!’ all the while clinging to the rocks, and when they looked again he was gone, and they were left alone making legends of a Saviour.”

So it is with the beautiful Flow that runs from your Source Energy. Immersing yourself completely activates your Unlimited Potential. Will you dare to let go?
