What is the best way to prevent yourself from becoming emotionally charged? Are there some people who always seem to put you into a state of charged emotions? Are there situations where you get wound up and off center? In this video Kristopher and Kalyn address how to move into the Flow where you are stress free, free of emotional charges, and living in the powerful Now Moment where the Law of Attraction is most powerfully activated.

The best way to prevent falling into an emotional charge is to do the work of shifting self and decharging emotions, BEFORE the situation comes up. As you do so, you are less and less likely to get hooked by people or the external world. Once you are in a heated emotion such as anger, or a strong emotion such as sadness, it can be difficult to get out of it. It is much easier to, by using your awareness, to stop yourself from being consumed by negative emotions in the first place. When you catch yourself beginning to get hooked by a negative emotion, it is at that time, before you become consumed by it, that you have the power to shift your energy and focus on something else.

When you do the work of clearing your emotional charges using techniques like the Golden Flow™, one of the greatest benefits is that you will no longer attract people and situations that set you off. This is the power of the Law of Attraction in action.
