There is a powerful metaphysical law that you use all the time, but may not even know you are using it. The law is that Energy Follows Focus. This law is related to The Law of Attraction and states that whatever you focus on grows, opens and energy flows to it. Applying this simple law will greatly enhance your power of manifestation.

When I was a young boy, I remember hearing words I didn’t understand. Sometimes I was too embarrassed to ask what the word meant, especially around my friends as I didn’t want them to know I didn’t know the meaning of the word. However, something interesting would happen. For the next few days I would hear the word being spoken seemingly everywhere. I never noticed it being spoken before, but now I heard it all the time. By hearing the word so often I would soon come to know what its meaning was by the context it was being spoken in. Once I knew the meaning of the word, I stopped hearing it so often.

To me the young boy this seemed like magic. But, all that was really happening was that, due to my embarrassment of not knowing the meaning of the word, I put a lot of focus on it. Then as I went about my day, because I was holding the word in my focus, I heard it whenever it was spoken. Soon I knew the meaning of the word.

In metaphysical terms, by focusing on the word, the frequency I heard the word ‘grew’, and I soon knew its meaning (it opened to me revealing itself).

This law goes hand and hand with the Law of Attraction. Whatever you focus on grows, opens, and like energy is attracted to it.

Be aware of what you focus on. If you are worrying about something in the future, where is your focus? If you are focusing on worry, what energy are you activating? Will you be like me the little boy and have the worry open up to you? Let’s hope not.

If, instead, you are focusing on the good feelings you will have when your desire is manifest, what energy are you activating? You are, of course, activating the energy of your desire manifest, and it must then open to you in the form of how you can manifest it. Just like I, as a young boy, seemingly magically came to know the meaning of the word, your desire will seemingly magically manifest.

Taking this a step deeper, where should your focus habitually be? The best place is to, as often as you can, focus on your well-being in the now moment. This activates The Law of Attraction, and as you do so, you enter that wonderful Flow State we call the Golden Flow™ and your life will change in amazing ways. More about this in future posts.

The Golden Flow

One of the secrets to being supported by life is to, what we call, live in The Flow. The Flow state is not only the most powerful state to live in from a manifestation standpoint, but it fills you with Well-Being. Every moment of life is a joy when living in The Flow.

Many people have heard of and even tried to apply the Law of Attraction. Some of you have found the key to making it work. We celebrate with you if you are one of these people. Others, however, have had difficulty being successful with it, others have dismissed it as new age hooey. I can tell you it does work, in fact it is always in action, but it takes a lot more than just visualizing or thinking thoughts about what you desire to manifest it. You must shift your energy, and the only way to do this is to change your State of Being.
The ultimate State of Being to be in is that of the Flow State. When you live in the Flow, you naturally are in the optimum State of Being for the Law of Attraction to work. You don’t need to try or effort to make it work. It works naturally.

One of the biggest problems people have when trying to manifest, or when trying to enter the Flow State, is that they get in their own way. By this I mean they try to manifest what they want, but the mere act of trying puts them out of The Flow.

When you try to get life to bring you what you want, you get in the way of your Source Energy and actually block the desires you are trying to see manifest.

When you are stressing out about not finding that relationship you desire, the money you need, or that job you can enjoy and make money at the same time, you are doing exactly the opposite of what you need to do to attract what you desire to you. Stressing and efforting put you out of The Flow. When you are living in the now moment, without worrying and fretting over the future, you naturally enter that state of Flow where life supports you unconditionally.

Your unlimited Source Energy resides in the Flow State. When you relax into The Flow, your Source Energy can do its job, which is to create what you desire. When you get in the way of Source by trying, efforting, worrying and so on, Source cannot do its job because you are out of the Flow.

Why not relax, powerfully activate The Law of Attraction and allow your Source to do what it loves most – support you unconditionally?

Tired of struggling to make life work?

Here is how you bring Source Energy into your life to unleash its unlimited power to help you create the life you desire. There are two steps.

The first step is to welcome whatever the feeling is around what the problem or challenge is. So, for example, if you are feeling anxiety about not having enough money, welcome the anxiety. Welcoming is exactly the opposite of what most people do. Because it doesn’t feel good, they push away the fear, anxiety, stress, sadness or whatever emotions surround the challenge. It takes a lot of will to push negative emotions away. And, the problem is, when you do so, your Source cannot help you with them.

Your Source Energy can only exist within the self that you are. When you push things away from yourself, such as negative emotions or fears, Source cannot help you with them. As you have your will engaged trying to push the feelings away from you, Source cannot override your will and cannot transform the negativity.

Now, you may have heard that you should focus on the positive and not negative feelings. This is true. You don’t focus on the negative feelings. Whatever you focus on, you activate. However, if you are pushing the negative feelings away, you are using your will and your energy to do so, which also activates the energy of the negative feelings. When you activate the energy of something, you increase its chances of manifesting. By pushing away the feeling of lack, for example, you are actually activating the energy of lack, which is something you don’t want to do.

Welcoming negative feelings is not the same as focusing on them. When you welcome them, you simply allow them to be. You don’t push them away. You don’t avoid them. You don’t get angry at your feelings. You don’t react to them. You don’t play them out in actions such as punching a hole in the wall if you are angry. You just allow them to be. When you allow them to be present in self, you are ready for the next step, which is to invite your Source Energy to help you transform the negative feelings, to bring you a perfect solution to the problem, or to manifest what you are desiring.

The second step is to express what you desire to your Source, and ask it to transform the negative emotion, bring a solution, or manifest what it is you desire.

So, for example, say you have a fear of not having enough money. You have tried to earn more money, but so far nothing has worked. You fear not being able to pay your bills and don’t know what to do. The first thing you do is to welcome the fear. Allow yourself to feel it. You don’t need to dwell upon it. You don’t need to go digging for it. Just allow it to come up. Acknowledge what you are feeling.

Then dialog with your Source. You can call it whatever you like, Spirit, Higher Self, Source, God, My Divinity, whatever feels right to you. Ask it to help you. You can say, ‘Source, I have this fear of not having enough money. Please help me transform this fear to something positive.’ Or, ‘Source please help me free myself from this anxiety I feel.’

Keep dialoging with your Source and allow it to work through you to transform the negative emotion. Then, for example, welcome not having enough money. This may sound counterintuitive, but remember, if you are pushing away lack, you are engaging your will in the pushing and by doing so are activating the energy of lack. You also make it difficult for your Source Energy to help you when you are pushing something away from self. Instead, stop pushing it away and welcome it to be. Then dialog with your Source. For example, ‘Source, this is the lack I prefer not to have. I prefer abundance. Please help me transform this lack into abundance,’ and so on.

In summary, the two steps are to welcome the negative feeling, challenge or what you don’t want, and then ask your Source to transform it. By doing so you enter into the place we call Golden Flow™. When in the Flow, life unfolds effortlessly.

Do these two steps and you will not only powerfully and quickly transform your life, but you will enter a state of wonderful well-being as you enter into the State of Flow.

Hi Everyone!

Welcome to the Manifesting and Laws of Attraction video series.

This video, as well as some of the following, was shot live in Zion National Park with a hand held video cam. So please excuse the quality.

Kalyn and I once received the questions, “Why Manifest?” While this question may seem obvious to most, it is actually a good question. Through manifesting you become more of Who you are in your Divinity. God is the Creator. As smaller parts of God, creation is our Divine essence. We are meant to create. Through creating and manifesting we expand and grow. We become more of Who we are.

The larger part of you, your Higher Self, your Source Energy, your Soul…it goes by many names, patiently waits for you to begin the creation process. As soon as you do by focusing on your desire, and choosing to manifest it, your Source energy goes to work doing its job – c0-creating with you your desire. This is a major part of the secret to the law of attraction and creating the life you desire.
